Waldorf Eggfest 2008

If you’ve spent any time looking at my photo gallery, you may notice a definite tendency to post photos of the food I’ve BBQ’d or grilled. Call it an obsession. I’m okay with that.

My pit of preference is the Big Green Egg, a ceramic smoker/grill that’s just simply the most incredible thing I’ve ever cooked on. This thing is so amazing, there is a veritable cult growing up around it. Well, come to find out, this cult meets annually in my hometown of Waldorf, Maryland. The Waldorf Eggfest was in it’s ninth year this year and I was there!
